Equinox Grids prices include shipping charges to most areas in the 48 states of US Mainland. Please contact us if your delivery location is outside US Mainland, remote areas or island delivery as there may be additional charges as they might be considered “special deliveries”. If after evaluating shipping needs to fulfill your order, our team identifies any additional delivery charges, they will contact you to inform you and confirm your order.

Equinox Grids are delivered by pallets of 32 grids: 

  • Standard pallet dimensions : 48” x 32”
  • Pallet height: 60” 
  • 1 pallet weight : ~ 1,850 Lbs 

Processing time, delivery & receiving instructions :

All pallets are shipped by LTL freight Monday-Friday. Due to the size of the truck the freight company may be unable to access certain residential areas. Should you feel that your location may be inaccessible to a standard large truck, please contact Equinox For Horses Customer Service prior to placing your order. Please note that the delivery will be made by large trailers, and due to the size of the truck, the freight company may be unable to access certain remote and limited access areas. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery location, please contact us at +1 732 384 3544. Please note that Equinox For Horses will not be held responsible for inaccurate or undeliverable addresses that you may provide. 

All Equinox Grids orders will be processed and shipped within 7  to 15 business days. Depending on your location your shipment might need extra days to reach their final destination. The freight company will  contact you to schedule a delivery appointment (date & time slot). The delivery appointment will be scheduled during the business week from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Curbside delivery requires you to be present when your products are delivered and assist the driver in removing the grids from the truck. Deliveries are made with a truck with lift-gate to ease off-loading the pallets from the truck. Should you need to make changes for any reason once your order has been shipped from the terminal to your delivery location, additional charges may apply. Should you fail to comply with the arranged delivery time, you will be responsible for any additional charges for redelivery and/or storage fees established by the freight company. 

Once Equinox Grids pallets are off-loaded from the truck, the freight agent will ask you to sign a delivery slip. Before you sign, please thoroughly inspect the grids for any damage. This delivery receipt is an acknowledgement by you that the shipment is in good condition. The driver cannot leave without your signature.  If you have any doubt as to the condition of the shipment, please note "Subject to Inspection" on the delivery receipt. And don’t forget to take pictures of any suspected parts of the packages. If the driver does not allow you to make reservations, please refuse the shipment and contact Equinox For Horses, immediately, at +1 732 384 3544.

In case of damage goods:

  • For any grids damage found during the inspection of the shipment, you can choose to refuse the shipment. In this case please always keep a copy of the delivery receipt in case it will be necessary to file a claim against the freight company. Then please notify the freight company and Equinox For Horses. 
  • For any concealed grids damage found after the delivery you must keep all of the products as well as packing materials, notify the freight company and report the problem to Equinox For Horses within five (5) days of delivery to ensure proper credit. If you find your grids have concealed damage do not try to install them.
