If you received a wrong / damaged product, before returning the goods, please contact Equinox For Horses by telephone +1 732 384 3544 or email at information@equinoxforhorses.com and please mention your purchase information. 

It is critical that the receiver inspects the packages and products conditions upon delivery and must note any defects or comments on the delivery slip handed to the driver. 

We recommend that you take a picture of the delivery slip with your comments / observations written on it.

Then, follow the procedure described in the receiving instructions within the first five (5) days of receiving the materials. Beyond this time, any inquiry won’t be accepted by Equinox For Horses.

If there is a return of goods : the customer is responsible for packaging and conditioning of the returned product. Equinox For Horses cannot be held responsible for return goods received in bad conditions. Only products returned with original packaging will be accepted and inspected before processing a refund.
